1. General Standards

A. Where two or more violations have been committed and each violation is subject to different disposition criteria, the heaviest disposition criteria shall apply. 

B. The person having disposition authority may extend or reduce the period of a disposition by up to 50 percent after considering such factors as the severity of the violation, motivation behind the violation, and the results thereof, provided that the total period shall not exceed 1 year.
